Peter Fisher is Vice President, State Issues for the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids.  He is responsible for managing the Campaign’s state-level activities, including its team of Regional Directors, and provision of financial and technical assistance to state and local tobacco control coalitions working on policy issues.    He has been with the Campaign since its inception and serves as a member of the Campaign’s Management Team.

The regional team acts as the Campaign’s liaisons with state and local tobacco control advocates and works collaboratively with the Research, Communications and Constituency Relations Departments to mobilize appropriate resources to support their activities.

Prior to joining the Center, Peter served as Administrator, State Issues for the Coalition on Smoking OR Health, a coalition of the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association and American Lung Association.   He has over 15 years experience in state and local tobacco control policy work.
