About Staff Attorney
  Maggie Mahoney provides legal technical assistance on tobacco issues throughout the United States as a Staff Attorney with the Tobacco Control Legal Consortium.  Maggie also teaches Public Health Law and an appellate advocacy skills course at William Mitchell College of Law.  After earning her law degree, Maggie researched and drafted opinions for the Minnesota Court of Appeals and then supervised a team of attorneys that issued appellate decisions on behalf of a court-appointed neutral in a landmark civil rights class action lawsuit.  Maggie earned a B.I.S. degree from the University of Minnesota and her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law, graduating cum laude.
