Judy Martin serves as the Tobacco Free Nebraska Program Administrator with the Nebraska Health and Human Services System.  Judy manages the federal grant dollars from the Office on Smoking and Health and the 2.5 million dollar annual legislative appropriation of Master Settlement Agreement dollars for tobacco prevention and control.  She has worked in the tobacco control arena for over 17  years.  Judy holds a Masters Degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelors degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
