Previous to the Endowment Trust, Jonás was employed by the Latino Community Development Agency in Oklahoma City as the Director of Operations.  Mr. Mata has extensive administrative, oversight, and consultation experience in social services, juvenile justice and child welfare, including the development and management of several federal and state grant programs. For more than 25 years he has been involved in the design, implementation, and evaluation of children and youth policy efforts and programs related to delinquency prevention and justice system reform at the community, state, and federal levels. Jonás received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work from the Jane Addams School of Social Work at the University of Illinois. His Master's degree is in Social Work Administration and Planning.
