| Sheila is a Public Health Analyst with the Office on Smoking and Health at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. She specializes in Surveillance and Evaluation of National Tobacco Control Programs. Her areas of interest are Media Evaluation. She works with state Health Department officials to further knowledge about surveillance and evaluation in tobacco control programs. She has been working with others to ensure that the Counter-marketing Evaluation Manual is published and part of the team that released the Key Indicator Report for Tobacco Control Programs. She has been an instructor for many workshops in the Office on Smoking and Health including co-instructor for the Applied Program Evaluation course in the CDC/OSH Leadership Forum for Tobacco Control Programs held in July 2003, 2003-2007 National Conference on Tobacco or Health, and the 2004 Chronic Disease Conference. She has a M.P.A. in Administration and Management from the University of Georgia. | |
