| Jessie Saul received her Ph.D. from Cornell University in the field of Science & Technology Studies. She currently conducts research and evaluation activities as the Senior Research Program Manager at ClearWay Minnesota, an independent, nonprofit organization created in 1998 and entrusted with overseeing 3 percent of the state’s tobacco settlement funds. Since she joined ClearWay Minnesota in 2003, she has directed the evaluation of the QUITPLAN® tobacco cessation programs, including the QUITPLAN Helpline, working closely with other ClearWay Minnesota staff, program grantees and vendors, and external evaluators. Dr. Saul also provided technical assistance for quitlines implementing the North American Quitline Consortium’s Minimum Data Set. | |
