Due to the limited number of available spaces, you will not be able to register on-site.

Upon successful completion of registration, you will receive a registration confirmation by email.

| Do I have to make my own hotel reservation? |
After you have submitted your online registration, you will be prompted to reserve your room at the Arizona Biltmore through our online system.

| Is there a special discount rate at the Arizona Biltmore for Institute attendees? |
All rooms have been reserved for participants of The Summer Institute at a discounted price. You will receive the discount by reserving your room through our online system.

| What options for physical activity and recreation are available at the hotel? |
We have posted a link to the Arizona Biltmore on the website which includes information on hotel services at The Summer Institute Travel page.

| Will the course materials provided at the conference be posted on the website? |
Course materials provided at the conference will not be provided on the website but will be provided on a CD-Rom that each participant will receive at the Institute.

| Will any meals be provided as part of the Institute registration fee? |
| All meals except for dinner on Tuesday night will be provided and are included in the registration fee. |
